1. Eligibility for Refund and Return
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or partially used products.
- Products purchased during clearance sales or with special discounts.
3. Process for Returns

- Provide your order details and the reason for the return.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the product back to us.
4. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned product.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
5. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately at support@nkfoodsupplement.in with pictures of the damaged item.
- We will provide a replacement or full refund for such items.

7. Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
- If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
